We process personal data under the GDPR.

2. Data we collect

• Email, purchases, license panel login, communication;
• Order and license history, contract fulfillment;
• Session tokens, account panel access;
• IP and technical data, hosting logs (lh.pl), security;
• Payment data processed by PayByLink / PayPal (we do not store card numbers).

No password or username, login is via a one-time email link.

3. Legal bases

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations, legitimate interest (security, claims).

4. Recipients

PayByLink, PayPal, lh.pl (hosting), email provider (SMTP).

5. Retention

Orders/licenses as required by law; login tokens until expiry (15 min link, up to 7-day session).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to supervisory authority.

7. Account

Email-based access; magic-link login; session stored in browser localStorage; no passwords stored.

8. Cookies and localStorage

Essential hosting cookies may apply. Session token in localStorage. No advertising or profiling cookies.

9. Transfers outside EEA

PayPal may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
